Zensyn Global ("Zensyn Global," "we," "us," or "our") operates a multi-channel marketing and affiliate sales platform, including a feature that connects to your YouTube channel. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including specific disclosures about how we handle data obtained through Google APIs.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Account information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and company details, when you create an account.
• Platform usage data, such as the content you create, channels you connect, and affiliate campaigns you run within Zensyn Global.
• Google user data, obtained only after you explicitly connect a YouTube channel through Google OAuth. This category is described in full in Section 2 below, as required by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

2. Google user data

Zensyn Global accesses YouTube channel analytics data through the YouTube Analytics API only after you explicitly grant permission via Google OAuth 2.0.

What we access

Aggregate performance metrics for YouTube channels you own and explicitly connect, including audience retention curves, watch time, views, average view duration, traffic sources, and estimated revenue metrics (including RPM and estimated earnings, where your channel is linked to AdSense).

Why we access it

To display these metrics in your dashboard and to generate automated recommendations that help you improve the performance and monetization of your own video content.

How we store it

Aggregate metrics are stored in our database, isolated per account. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are used solely to refresh access on your behalf.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. We do not share it with third parties. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train machine learning models. We do not transfer it to any party other than as necessary to provide the service you requested, or as required by law.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to: operate and maintain your account; display analytics and recommendations within your dashboard; provide customer support; monitor and improve platform reliability and security; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use YouTube analytics data for any purpose beyond the account that granted access.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share information with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to the same privacy commitments described here.

5. Data security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of OAuth refresh tokens at rest, access controls limiting who within our team can view stored data, and per-account data isolation across our multi-tenant infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and deletion

You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time from your account settings page, which immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored refresh token. You may request deletion of all stored analytics data by contacting privacy@zensynglobal.com. You may also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active, and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@zensynglobal.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children's privacy

Zensyn Global is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Zensyn Global after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
