These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zensyn Global's website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zensyn Global ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zensyn Global is a multi-channel marketing and affiliate sales platform. The Service helps you plan, produce, and distribute content across supported channels — including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Zalo, and YouTube — track affiliate sales performance, and, where you choose to connect a YouTube channel, view analytics and revenue data for that channel via the YouTube Analytics API.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@zensynglobal.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

Certain features require connecting third-party accounts, such as a YouTube channel via Google OAuth, or other distribution channels. You represent that you have the authority to connect any account you link to the Service, and you may disconnect any connected account at any time from your account settings. Our use of data obtained from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload content that infringes the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or use automated means to access the Service in a manner that violates the terms of service of a connected third-party platform (including YouTube's Terms of Service).

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate the Service. We retain all rights to the Zensyn Global platform, including its software, design, and trademarks.

6. Affiliate and revenue data

Affiliate sales figures, YouTube revenue estimates, and RPM data displayed within the Service are provided for informational purposes to help you evaluate content performance. Figures obtained from third-party platforms (including YouTube Analytics) reflect estimates provided by those platforms and may differ from final reported earnings.

7. Fees

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the security or integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including Sections 5, 6, 9, and 10.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics or revenue estimates will be accurate, as these depend in part on data supplied by third-party platforms outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zensyn Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
